Marina Frangioni

Marina started her career almost 20 years ago as an advisor to major companies in the aeronautics sector in France. In 1998, she continued her career in Quebec, first with the Quebec government on the international scene for the information technology sector, then in the private sector, notably with the development of Quebec’s first industrial cluster: InVivo.

In 2002, she continued her career in Toronto, where she created her own consulting group and worked as an economic development consultant for several organizations. In 2004, Marina was recruited by the City of Montreal and will be in charge of several special projects including more specifically the Montreal Technopole which aims to develop scientific and technological entrepreneurship in Montreal.

Marina is the recipient of several scholarships and awards of excellence, including the Provigo Excellence Scholarship and the Excellence Scholarships of the Fondation de l’Université de Sherbrooke, and is recognized as a high quality speaker both in Quebec and abroad.
