HR & Career Manager, Doctors Without Borders Canada

Following his university studies in industrial relations at the Université de Montréal, Sébastien worked in human resources at SNC-Lavalin, before going international by joining the organization Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). He has since held several positions with MSF, including HR Manager in Southern Sudan. For the past two years, he has been based in Montreal where he has been supporting MSF Canada in the management of its international employees. Passionate about politics and international law, he has completed a Master’s degree in International Studies, focusing on the role of humanitarian aid in the development of long-term local capacity in countries in crisis. He has since been involved as an active member of the Canadian MSF association.
