Senior Advisor, Infrastructure and Project Finance, PwC Canada
Alexis Pouliot-Deschamps is Senior Advisor, Infrastructure and Project Finance at PwC Canada in Montreal. In this role, he supports the team on projects in various industries at the public and private level by performing financial modeling, risk analysis, market studies, drafting and preparing briefing documents. Previously, he worked as an analytical support analyst for private infrastructure investments at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) as well as an analyst-negotiator with the CDPQ’s real estate division, Ivanhoe Cambridge, where he was responsible for the Company’s foreign exchange hedging, interest rate and short-term financing strategies. Holder of a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from New York University (NYU), he also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and passed all three Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification exams. Alexis, through PwC, will volunteer on the Advisory Council on the Economy and Innovation (ACEI), chaired by Monique F. Leroux, as an advisor to the infrastructure project during 2017.
