Project Manager, Nursing Directorate, McGill University Health Centre

Anaick has several years of nursing experience, having worked in organizations in the network. She has also supervised undergraduate students in Nursing at the University of Montreal during their critical care internship. In her current position as a project manager at the Nursing Directorate of the MUHC, she is in charge of implementing the program  Transforming Care at the Bedside throughout the organization. This quality improvement project targets the front line staff and the patient representatives. These teams learn how to implement changes in their unit in order to redesign their work environment and improve the efficiency and efficacy of their work processes. Anaïck is also a facilitator for these teams. She earned a Bachelor in Nursing Sciences at the University of Montreal and a Masters’ in Health Administration (MHA) at the University of Montreal as well as a complementary diploma in Management of the health care system.
