Director and-Co-foudner, Escouade Génie Collectif
Anick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Communication and a Masters in Project Management from UQAM. Throughout her experience, she realized that some approaches, less traditional, less sclerotic, are today more effective. When we break silos, we can make possible projects that until now seemed impossible.
It is with the intention of helping her clients realize their most daring projects that she co-founded Escouade génie collectif. Escouade is a project management consulting firm that harnesses the power of collaboration to streamline communications across large organizations and to foster the birth of innovative projects. Anick and her team have had the privilege of accompanying renowned clients in their project management such as the Mouvement des accélérateurs d’innovation du Québec, Télé-Québec, Desjardins Entreprises, Expo Entrepreneurs, etc.
She has also advised and supported promoters of major development projects (mining, energy, etc.). Her mandates were related to citizen participation and community relations. She also held a position for several years on the Comité sectoriel de main-d’oeuvre de la production agricole, an organization that supports and values employment, manpower and human resource development to contribute to prosperity of the sector.
