Arwen Fleming is News & Information Coordinator for university communications services at Concordia University. She is currently exploring new digital platforms for communicating public research and helping undergraduate students navigate the world of work post-graduation.

She has worked as a teacher, researcher and administrator for educational institutions since 2006, including the University of Alberta, the University of Calgary, McGill University, the McCord Museum and the Atwater Library and Computer Centre.

Arwen graduated with a Master of Arts in Media Studies from Concordia University in 2015. Her master’s thesis examined the role of archival photographs in disrupting and reorienting contemporary narratives of housing and urban redevelopment in Montreal.
