Co-Founder and CEO, EquityStone

Cherif Hamdy is the Co-Founder and CEO of EquityStone, a startup that structures investment vehicles that capitalize on real estate opportunities in Egypt. He has successfully raised capital for 5 funds and acquired multiple investments on behalf of his partners.

Cherif also works for CIBC in the securities division where he advises clients on investment strategies and portfolio management. Prior to founding EquityStone and joining CIBC, he used to work for the Bank of Montreal in the wealth management department.

Cherif received his BBA in Management from Concordia University.
