Christian was previously CEO of the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec (RJCCQ). His project management experience spans ten years, including five in a senior position that involved managing both personnel and working with a Board of Directors. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Management from HEC Montreal, a certificate in leadership and management skills of the Institut de leadership en gestion (now affiliated with the John Molson School of Business) and a Bachelor degree in Philosophy from the University of Montreal.
Christian has a keen interest in governance, new technologies and international trade and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Labour Market Partners Board (Commission des partenaires du marché du travail – CPMT), the Quebec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP), the Quebec Entrepreneurship Contest (Concours québécois en entrepreneuriat), Place aux jeunes en région, the Office Québec-Wallonie-Bruxelles pour la jeunesse and the Office Québec-Monde pour la jeunesse. Mr. Bélair is also a Senior Partner at IS&B | Economics Made Simple.
