Co-Founder and Managing Director, The Decision Lab
Dan is Co-Founder and Managing Director, of The Decision Lab (TDL), Canada’s leading “think-tank” dedicated to democratizing behavioural science through research and analysis. In this capacity, he has led behaviour change projects with some of the world’s largest philanthropic foundations (Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Open Society Foundation), supranational organizations (World Bank, African Development Bank) and Fortune 100 companies (Capital One). He has a background in organizational decision-making, with a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Decision Systems from McGill University. Prior to founding TDL, he worked on enterprise behavioral architecture at TD Securities and BMO Capital Markets, where he helped coordinate the implementation of systems processing billions of dollars per week.
