Founder and Co-CEO, Écosystèmes alimentaires urbains (ÉAU)
Émilie Nollet is the founder of ÉAU, a PhD student in business administration at HEC Montréal and a speaker. She earned a FRQSC scholarship for her research and was admitted to the Consortium de Recherche sur la Lutte contre la Pauvreté. She is a recipient of a TD scholarship from the Institut EDDEC for her research on the social dimension of the circular economy and also won the 2016 Y des Femmes Entrepreneur of the Year award in addition to numerous other prizes in entrepreneurship and as part of his studies.
