For almost 10 years, Florian has been passionate about team dynamics and helping organizations achieve their objectives by putting people at the centre of operational performance.

With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal and an engineering degree from Grenoble INP, Florian began his career in the manufacturing industry before studying the impact of Lean methodologies in the healthcare sector. In 2014, he joined the Talan consulting firm, which assists its clients in the banking sector in their technological transformation. It is there that he discovered Agile methodologies and specialized in supporting software development teams.

Florian works in Montreal universities to share his expertise and the tools that will enable future graduates to face the complexity of tomorrow’s problems.
