Managing Director, Lighting Urban Community International
Frédéric Bove holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Human Resources and a degree in History from Sciences Po Lyon. He has been General Manager of the Lighting Urban Community International (LUCI), working with more than 60 cities. Upon his arrival in Montreal, he became responsible for implementing the vision of the lighting plan for the Quartier des spectacles and then joined the renowned multimedia and entertainment company Moment Factory as Director of Development and Strategies.
Frédéric Bove is currently General Delegate of the Centre Jacques Cartier, an organization for cooperation between Quebec and the Rhône-Alpes Region and their economic capital (Montreal and Lyon), which organizes the Entretiens Jacques Cartier. He is a lecturer in entrepreneurship and creativity at HEC Montréal. He also sits as secretary on the board of directors of Bixi, Montreal’s public bike system.
