Vice President, Digital Innovation and Software Engineering, lntact Lab

A graduate of HEC Montréal in Business Administration (1999), Imen has been working in the field of online insurance and digital marketing for nearly 20 years.

She began her career as a multimedia consultant at Cossette Interactive, the digital division of the Cossette Group. In 2002, she became Interactive Marketing Consultant at TD Insurance, a member of TD Bank Financial Group, and was promoted to Director, Online Insurance in 2005. In 2008, Imen joined AXA Canada as Vice-President, E-Commerce, before joining Intact Financial Corporation in 2011 to lead and execute the digital strategy for belairdirect, one of the country’s best-known insurance brands. At belairdirect, Imen led a team of specialists in digital marketing, social media, and website design and management. Since May 2015, she has been Vice-President, Digital Innovation and Software Engineering at lntact Lab, a team of some 100 design, management and software engineering experts with a mandate to develop leading edge digital solutions to provide a unique experience for belairdirect, Intact Insurance and BrokerLink clients and policyholders. Imen is also a member of the board of directors of Academos, a non-profit organisation that offers e-mentoring to young people between the ages of 14 and 30 to help them realize their professional life plans.
