Senior Director, Digital Academy and Learning at National Bank, Jean-François’ mission is to implement innovative learning approaches that are on the cutting edge of trends. He began his career at Nortel Networks, then served as Director of Human Resources Projects at TECHNOCompétences, before joining the National Bank in 2010. A member of the Ordre des CRHA, Jean-François has more than 15 years of experience in human resources, notably in the areas of skills development, organizational development, workforce planning and compensation. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal as well as an executive MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
