Liza has more than 18 years of professional experience in managing large-scale digital teams, projects and programs. After studying actuarial science with great success, she never thought she would find herself in the IT field. In 2016, after spending 15 years in the private corporate world, she decided to make a move into the municipal world. Since her arrival at the City of Montreal, she has had the opportunity to take on a variety of strategic roles in both solution delivery and project portfolio management in the information technology department.
