Marianne Duguay has over 15 years of experience in management positions in asset management, development, acquisitions and business development. Her experience in asset management includes a ten-year stint with a real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where she supervised the portfolio of 4- and 5-star ($1.7B) North American hotels, and five years with Delta Hotels Limited, a company owned by bcIMC, where she served as Vice-President, Asset Management.
Previously, Marianne was an Executive Director at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International where her role involved repositioning underperforming global assets.
Marianne is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of improving asset performance through rigorous planning based on optimization. Her multi-disciplinary execution skills include capital planning, financial modeling, operations, project management and asset repositioning through leadership development and coaching. Marianne’s dynamic asset management methodologies have resulted in significant performance improvements and long-term value creation. Her extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions in the real estate and corporate sectors provides her with comprehensive transactional capabilities.
Marianne obtained an MBA from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal), a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate from UQAM and a Certificate in Management from McGill University in Montreal.
