Psychiatrist, Charles Lemoyne Hospital

Maxime Dussault-Laurendeau received his medical degree from the University of Montreal in 2010 and completed his residency in Psychiatry at the same university in 2015. He currently works as a psychiatrist at the Charles Lemoyne Hospital in Greenfield Park.

From February 2013 to June 2015, he was treasurer and director of the FMRQ (Federation of Quebec medical residents ), a syndicate consisting of some 3600 members. He participated in a complete overhaul of the governance of the organization.

He also served on the board of MQRP ( Quebec Doctors for Medicare ) from 2011 to 2013 , a group of physicians that advocates a universal public health system.
