Olivier holds a law degree from the University of Montreal and is a member of the Quebec Bar. His practice focuses on legal issues relating to corporate governance, corporate finance, securities and capital markets regulation. He has been with the Autorité des marchés financiers since 2017 where he currently works as an analyst in the senior corporate finance department. Prior to the Autorité, he worked in private practice and at the Montréal Exchange. Involved in his community, Olivier has had the opportunity to sit on various boards of directors and become involved in various organizations. He is particularly interested in the application of new technologies to the financial services industry.
