Lawyer, NOVAlex

Sophie Tremblay is a lawyer in labour law, commercial law and organizational governance. In September 2016, after practicing with a national firm for six years, she co-founded NOVAlex, a law firm and legal clinic that provides one hour of pro bono legal services for every hour of paid legal services. She is also president of Force Jeunesse, a non-profit organization that defends the rights of young workers and encourages the next generation of decision-makers.
